Looking for US IT RECRUITER
Job Profile:
Initial screening of candidates with respect to skills and communication.
Share profiles for short-list to the Hiring Manager for further process.
Post short-list, schedule a telephonic or F2F or Web interview.
Schedule the HR Discussion and finalize on the salary negotiation, date of joining etc.
Share the salary breakup to the candidate with the DOJ and Designation details and take the acceptance from the candidate.
Collect all the necessary documents from the candidate to share the offer letter.
Follow-up with the candidate till his joining and guide him with related issues.
Follow-up with the candidate in regards to his relocation related issues if any.
After the joining, introducing him to the concerned managers for further process.
Required Skills:
Communication skills are mandatory.
